योगासन को आज पूरे दुनिया भर में अपनाया जाता है। शरीर को मुफ्त में ताजा रखने के योगासन से अच्छा उपाय आज के दिन में कहीं नही है वैसे तो योग सबको ही करना चाहिए लेकिन बहुत से लोग योग नही कर पाते है वजह सिर्फ इतनी किंउन्हें पता ही नही होता कि योग की शुरुआत कहाँ से करें। इस चक्कर मे वो लोग भारी भरकम योग से शुरू करते हैं और फिर 1 या 2 दिन करने के बाद छोड़ देते हैं।
अगर आपने योगासन करना शुरू किया है तो कृपा उसे बीच मे ही ना छोड़ें। आधा अधुरा योगा व इसे बीच में ही छोड़ देने के बहुत नुकसान होते हैं। खैर यहां हम आपको बताने जा रहे हैं कुछ बेहद आसान योग जिससे आप अपनी दिन की शुरुआत कर सकते हैं। इन योगों से आप पूरे दिन तरोताज़ा महसूस करेंगे।
1 स्वस्तिकासन
आल्थी पलथी मारकर पीठ बिल्कुल सीधी मुद्रा में कर के बेट जायँ। दिमाग को बिल्कुल शांत करके ध्यान की मुद्रा में बैठ जाएं। अब सांस को को अंदर खींचकर जितनी देर तक रोक सकते हैं रोक कर रखे फिर धीरे धीरे छोड़ दें। इस आसन योग कर काम से कम 15 मिनेट तक करें|
जब पैरों से पसीने की बदबू आती हो तब इस आसन को रोजाना करना चाहिए इससे राहत मिलती है |
स्वस्तिकासन करने से मन के विकार door होते है और यह सोचने समझने की शक्ति को बढाता है
जिनके घुटनों में दर्द रहता है उनको ये आसन नही करना चाहिए |
2 गोमुखासन
ये बहुत ही आसान आसान है जिसे कोई भी कहीं भी कभी भी कर सकता है। नीचे चित्र में दिखाई गई स्तिथि में बैठ जायँ ओर अपने हाथ को पीछे से मोड़कर दूसरे हाथ को पीछे से पकड़े। और इस मुद्रा में 2 मिनेट तक रहें।
